Week 4

This week the children have been enjoying creating their own patterns of number 4, joining materials together using staples and learning new digraphs!

Maths - Stampolines 

This week in maths, the children have been learning to represent number 4 in different ways. The Numberblocks have helped us 'stamp' different number patterns. 

Joining Together 

One of the skills that we have been learning recently is 'joining'. This week we have been practising joining two materials together by using a stapler. The children really enjoyed exploring this particular tool and finding out what it does!

Here are the new phonemes that we have learnt this week. 

This week we have been reading... 

This week we have been reading Little Red Riding Hood. The children enjoyed reading another story with a big bad wolf!
