Welcome
I would like to extend the very warmest of welcomes to our families, friends and visitors. Of course, a website can only give you a tiny glimpse of what we offer but I hope it does give you a flavour of what’s important to us here at Chawson 1st School- our children!
Every day we create fun and memorable experiences for our children, so that they learn and achieve everything they’re capable of. We value friendship and collaboration and that is why you will find our motto ‘caring, sharing, learning together’ displayed proudly above our entrance.
Our teachers are experts in what they do, with a wealth of experience and expertise, and we pride ourselves on meeting the needs and interests of every single child.
We’re a personal and family orientated school with all the benefits and opportunities that a larger first school has to offer. Our shared vision is that all of our children leave us as independent, articulate and aspirational young people- ready to continue their journey of lifelong learning and enjoyment.
