Week 1 & 2
Our new topic is ‘Light and Dark’. We have come back to a cold January at Pre-school. We made the most of exploring what winter time looks like outside, even our toys had frozen!
One of our key texts is ‘Whatever Next’ by Jill Murphy. We have learnt about what Baby Bear might have seen at night time, in the dark on his adventure to the moon.
We made sure we wrapped up warm for Forest School this week! We had the opportunity to spot more signs of winter and have a play with our friends on the logs.
At the end of the week, we were excited to have visitors- class 3C! They came to play which they loved just as much as we did. The children were kind, helpful and most importantly…playful 😊
