Week 3
This week has brought us new friendships. The children are learning how to play with one another, enjoying each other's company. We have introduced some simple games to encourage the children to take turns and share.
Our key text 'My Mum & Dad Make Me Laugh' has lots of colourful spots and stripes in the illustrations. The children have learnt what a 'spotty' pattern looks like. They enjoyed making their own spotty socks pictures using paint sticks, colouring pencils and paint printing. Can you look for spotty patterns at home?
We move on to learning how to identify and sort by colour next week. Look out for the colours red, blue and yellow.
