We expect children to come in smart uniform each day or an equally smart PE kit. We know that the children’s presentation goes a long way to supporting with good behaviour and a calm environment.

Children in Years 1-4 will wear PE kit on PE days and uniform for the rest of the time. PE kit with long trousers should be worn for outdoor activities such as Bootcamp and Forest School.

The list below is given as a guideline so that parents can choose for themselves the particular items they would like.

Uniform can be purchased locally from Ace Essentials Droitwich or School Togs Worcester.

Chawson Book bags and PE bags are available from the school office. 

Second-hand school uniform is often available in sales organised by the PTA, information will be shared on the weekly newsletter, school and PTA Facebook pages. If parents urgently require second hand school uniform, they are encouraged at ask school staff as we have items available.

Hair styles

All children with hair beyond the shoulder need to come to school with it fully tied up. As a school, we will apply this policy consistently across all classes.

We do have a stock of hair ties which will be used if necessary.

If this situation arises we will gain consent from the child or have them tie it up themselves if they are able to do so. 

Parents will be informed at the end of the day and the child will take home the hair tie for hygiene reasons.
