What a busy week we have had! Class RB started of the week with a lovely visit to Droitwich Library. The children behaved beautifully and represented the Chawson community brilliantly. The purpose of the visit was to visit a local place in our community and ignite the children’s love of reading. We listened to an Autumn story and then enjoyed a tour of the Library, learning about all the different things you can do.

You could help your child’s learning journey by heading down to the library over half-term to explore the amazing variety of books they have on offer.
Wednesday was our Superhero Squiggle Day! We combined the children’s love of superheroes with the importance of learning how to ‘squiggle’ (write). The children thoroughly enjoyed taking their ‘superhero squiggle stick’ for a fly around the school and loved learning how to hold their pencil correctly.
Please remember, parents evening appointments will now be held over the phone.
We hope you had a lovely weekend.
