Week 5

Mr Gumpy's Outing

This week we have been exploring our new book Mr Gumpy's Outing. Mr Gumpy lives by the river and goes out on his boat. Lots of creatures join him for the ride too. So this week we have explored floating and sinking with Mrs Rushton, retelling the story outside with the animals and of course making our own junk modelling boats!

Handbags Galore!

Many thanks to Deborah Golden hairdressing for the donation of some fabulous handbags to our Home Corner. The children have been enjoying taking them shopping and accessorising them too!

We are all looking forward to welcoming you to our class assembly on Wednesday 13th July.
